1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on or using any part of the ti444 platform (available at ti444.org), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the ti444 platform in any capacity. The terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ti444. If you are using ti444 on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ti444. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ti444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Notify ti444 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ti444 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any point where unusual account activity is detected. Identity verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and/or proof of the payment method used.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ti444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time, subject to their own specific terms.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ti444 account balance upon confirmed receipt by the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. ti444 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your name and has been verified by ti444. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party account under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ti444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all ti444 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the ti444 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the platform interface. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed game rules and these general terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game.

By placing any bet or wager on ti444, you acknowledge and accept that:

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ti444 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without that person's full knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to access ti444 during a self-exclusion period.
• Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino and poker-style games.
• Using software tools, exploits or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

ti444 employs active fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies when required. Any suspicious activity is logged and investigated. Where criminal activity is suspected, ti444 will report it to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ti444 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, audio, video and data compilations — is the property of ti444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ti444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or republish any content from the ti444 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on ti444 content.
• Sell, sublicense or otherwise commercialise any element of the ti444 platform.
• Use ti444 trademarks, brand names, logos or trade dress without express written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from technical errors, server outages or connectivity interruptions beyond ti444's reasonable control.

• Interruption or suspension of the platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

ti444's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits ti444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player: You may close your ti444 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Closure by ti444: ti444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering, fraud or criminal activity.
• Request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior written notice.

Where an account is closed by ti444 due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as inactivity), any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of identity verification.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. 11 Amendments to These Terms

ti444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ti444 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ti444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
